MSU: Mobile Surveillance Unit

Another CPS signature product for construction sites are the web-based Mobile Surveillance Units (or MSU). The MSU can help reduce the overall cost of construction site security while maintaining visual and audio contact with a property owner or builder 24 hours a day.

These units can record locally and remotely via our central station. They can be augmented with motion detection cameras, License plate recognition, Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras or just about any option a client desires. In addition, eCamSecure® systems can be configured to activate on alarm and send pictures to our Command Center, who then can dispatch a security officer to verify an alarm. This high level of visibility of CPS services and signage provide an active and passive deterrent to theft and vandalism. The MSU can be powered or can be solar-panels for locations that may be too remote or too new to have electricity. The solar version is a superb cost-effective option since it saves on energy costs but also helps protect the environment.
