Most eCamSecure security products carry a 30-day money back guarantee. Simply follow the link to “return criteria” to receive a eCamSecure issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and ship your products back to us with the RMA number visible on the outside of the package. All battery and transformer sales are final and non-refundable. The 30-day money back guarantee also does not apply to special orders or any item that was back ordered.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your equipment purchase , please notify us within thirty (30) days of your purchase and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. eCamSecure will refund your purchase in full, minus any processing and shipping & handling fees associated with the transaction. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. eCamSecure must be notified within 30-days from the confirmed date of delivery and you must fill out the below form to receive your eCamSecure Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
2. All manuals, warranty and literature must be unmarked and included.
3. Items must be in exact condition (new and resalable) they were sent including packaging material (not torn or damaged), manuals, and warranty cards.
4. Place items in the box with packing paper and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. You are responsible for any return shipping expenses and we recommend that you purchase shippers insurance.
6. Make sure you record your package tracking number.
7. eCamSecure must receive returned merchandise at the below address within 30-days after the confirmed date of package delivery, in accordance with above mentioned criteria.

In the event the wrong item was sent to you, you will be credited all freight charges relevant to the wrongly shipped item. Make sure to include postal receipt in your return package.
